The work is led by Marco Barbieri, an IT consultant with more than ten years of experience in SME and enterprise environments. His background includes Level 1 and Level 2 support, workplace management, operational troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, deployment and external provider coordination.
Engagements can be delivered remotely, in a hybrid model or at the client’s premises, with particular availability in Milan and onsite presence by agreement.
